      I will use The 10 Commandments as an outline

 1 and 2–  1:1,5,13 One GOD and The Lord Jesus

 3–   1:22-23 Use The Name of The LORD

 4–   2:14 Works follow Faith

 5–   3:9 Honor Father and Mother

 6–   3:14-16 Be not bitter

 7–   4:4 Ye adulterers & adulteresses

 8–   5:4  Defraud not

 9–   5:9-10 Speak and Pray in The Lord    

10–  5:20  Covet the saving of souls

Commands 1.&2. There is ONE GOD, and we are warned to make no false images of Him.

 The First Two Commandments are often connected together in The New Covenant as it is in James. (This is how The Catholic Church orders the first two commands - making them one command.)

 GOD The Father is always referred to as GOD while Jesus is referred as GOD less than 10 times, but The Father and The Son are ONE as we also should be one with them in us.   1:1 James, a Servant of GOD and of The Lord Jesus Christ

  1:5 If any lack WISDOM, let him ask of GOD in Faith - with Our life dedicated to GOD

James 1:13–15 13 Let no man say when he is tempted, I am tempted of God: for God cannot be tempted with evil, neither tempteth he any man: 14 But every man is tempted, when he is drawn away of his own lust, and enticed. 15 Then when lust hath conceived, it bringeth forth sin: and sin, when it is finished, bringeth forth death.

James 1:17–18  Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning. 18 Of his own will begat he us with the word of truth, that we should be a kind of firstfruits of his creatures.
