     This Diagram compares the two accounts of Jesus being tempted by The devil. These two accounts reveal two different times when Jesus was tempted. We can see in these two accounts that the middle temptations are in different order….

The importance of this reveals that the devil keeps twisting and he keeps presenting his simple choices. These 3 choices are the same presented to Eve and Adam in The Garden in Genesis 3.

1John 2:16 gives us the same three problems each of us face as we live in the flesh….

Jesus showed how to deal with the devil and James gives us a simple instruction….

James 4:7  Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.


Keep a close relationship with GOD in word and deed. Walk in The Spirit as Gal 5 instructs and the works of the flesh will not seem so attractive….
