Dead to any Law 2:19. Paul makes a strong point about being DEAD to Flesh Life, and places His New Life Only in Jesus’ Death (and Resurrection.)
3:1-5 You Received The Spirit by Faith
3:6-9 Abraham believed and his Faith was counted as Righteousness
3:10- The Just shall live by Faith, law is not Faith and cannot produce faith
3:10-13 Cursed is everyone who hangs an a tree. Jesus bore the curse of the Law for us who believe, having become a curse for us. The direct reference to this is Due 21:22-23 Which deals with a rebellious and drunkard son. This emphasis shows the vast trouble of sin.

4:9-10 You were Gentiles observing (pagan) days, months, times and years when you ‘Knew Not God.’ Here is the ditch on the opposite side of the narrow road. On the one side we have Judaism and on the other Paganism. Both offer ritual, ceremony and tradition, but the truth lies in the narrow way....
