Who we are?  Mystery 4 --

When Jesus died on the cross physically, your old self, who was a slave to sin, spiritually died. The chains of sin and the cords of death are broken. being in Christ is being united to him and receiving all the blessings that are part of Christ in the heavenly places.

We need the Spirit to open our eyes to God’s truth, warm our hearts to love that truth, and empower us to live in line with the truth that God alone is worthy to be praised.

Ephesians is about What God is doing in The Spirit to Change The World...!

The Price for this change has been provided at Passover. God is working in, with and through us to do His Will and complete His Plan.

We need the Spirit to open our eyes to God’s truth, warm our hearts to love that truth, and empower us to live in line with the truth that God alone is worthy to be praised. see with the eyes of our heart the reality of God’s purposes to give his children grace and glory.

God has used his immeasurable power to do three world-age changing things: he raised Jesus from the dead; he seated Jesus at his right hand, putting all things under Jesus’s feet; and he made Jesus head over all things for the church.

 But God, being rich in mercy, because of the great love with which he loved us.

growing into a holy temple in the Lord (Eph. 2:21).  

Being in Christ and being Transformed into His Likeness....

Jesus has already ascended far above all rule and authority and power and dominion (Eph. 1:21). God has already made us alive together with Christ and raised us up with him and seated us with him in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus (Eph. 2:5–6). But Jesus has not yet finished building his body up to the measure of the stature of his fullness (Eph. 4:13)

I will give you a new heart, and a new spirit I will put within you. And I will remove the heart of stone from your flesh and give you a heart of flesh. (Ezek. 36:26)

That through the church the manifold wisdom of God might now be made known to the rulers and authorities in the heavenly places” (Eph. 3:10

Making available a personal, private relationship with God

The Leadership of The Church.  

apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors, and teachers

    “To each is given the manifestation of the Spirit for the common good.... All these are empowered by one and the same Spirit, who apportions to each one individually as he wills” (1Cor. 12:7, 11).

“submitting to one another out of reverence for Christ” (Eph. 5:21)

 look carefully how we walk in accordance with his wisdom and understanding his will (Eph. 5:15,17).

We are In Him because He has sent His Holy Spirit to live in us. We have become like Jesus - in The Father and Him in us....

We are set free and The Old Man is reckoned dead because The New Life is so much more connected to our Creator.
