When Did Law and Sin First Start to Deal With Man:

People have a conscience in their hearts It convicts them of right and wrong  Rom 2:14-15, 1:19-20

1. The Law was added because of transgression  Gal 3:19

2. Where there is no law, sin is not imputed by God  Rom 5:13

The Law and Sin existed before Moses wrote about them:

a. Adam and Eve were given a command: Not to Eat of One Tree.

Sin entered the world because of Adam's transgression. Rom 5:14

b. Cain was warned that sin lies at the door, but he could rule over it.

Cain transgressed and God judged him while applying mercy. Gen 4:7-11

c. Noah was given a command not to kill other men Gen 9:6, and not to eat blood, etc.

d. Gen 26:5 Because Abraham obeyed my voice, and kept my charge, my commandments, my statutes, and my laws.

e. Moses was instructed to give the Law as part of The Covenant God made with Israel. Exo 19:5+

Rom 1:19 Because that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God hath shewed it unto them. 20 For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse:

Gal 3:19 Wherefore then serveth the law? It was added because of transgressions, till the seed should come to whom the promise was made; and it was ordained by angels in the hand of a mediator.

Rom 5:12 Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned: 13 (For until the law sin was in the world: but sin is not imputed when there is no law. 14 Nevertheless death reigned from Adam to Moses, even over them that had not sinned after the similitude of Adam’s transgression,
