 The Book of ROMANS is often said to be the most complex book of doctrine in the New Testament.  It is not easily understood, but light which The HOLY SPIRIT has shed upon this book may help us.  As with the book of HEBREWS, GOD has outlined ROMANS in the same order as the New Covenant ten Commandments.  Paul seems to wander in Romans more than the Hebrew’s writer did, but the same TEN Sections are apparent as can be seen from the outline below.  In fact, now that we have the concepts of what the New Covenant (or positive) Commandments are, we can see that many of the New Covenant writings are organized in the same Ten Section way.  I AM The LORD, and I change not, Mal 3:6.... In fact, we are the ones who need and must change.  We must come into line with The Word of GOD.  When we do, we become one with HIM, and the Tables of The Covenant  are a testimony in our heart and in our mind.
