Home NT Feasts NT Sabbath Prophecy Revelation Ch & Verse 10 Commands

The Twist:  In Revelation comes when The 7 Vials written in Chapter 16 are reversed in order and explained in detail in Chapters 17 through 21.

Rev 17  “The beast that thou sawest, was, and is not; and shall ascend out of the bottomless pit, and go into perdition;

This is the 8th = Mystery Babylon which is similar to The First Head of Gold.....

As the river was diverted, The Spirit was diverted and moved away from Mystery Babylon.

The Spirit will come back and revive The 10 Kings (who were overcome by The Lamb) will serve as The Body of Christ is restored as Ephesians, etc states.

This head controls all the parts of the Beast.... as a One World Power of Idols, Money and Rulers.

 The Book of Revelation has been analyzed and commented on by thousands of people and there are 4 Categories into which Revelation Commentaries are often grouped:

Preterist: Most of Revelation was written for and to the Jewish Nation living in the first few centuries AD.

Futurist: Most of Revelation was written to reveal the last 7 years of Great Tribulation before Jesus Returns.

Alegory: Revelation was written as instruction and edification to every generation of christians.

Historic: Revelation is a series of Prophecies about the Body of Christ during coming centuries.

This portion of the Revelation Menu will basically deal with a Historic View.

There are several commentators I feel present some good ideas about how Revelation reveals the history of The Christian Church.

W J Reid gives a good summary, which I quote herein.

I Baxter has a good view which I summarize herein.

S Jones is my favorite and I provide some info from him herein.

The Seventh Day Adventist Church in their Revelation Seminar provide good info.

BUT, as you will notice, my view is Historic but offers a twist no one else has seen.
